We have a great new project which assists young players aged 14+ on a pathway to become a soccer coach. At 14 we let young players assist a senior coach at the centre to see if they would like that role in the future, if so this is the pathway

14-15 - Mentored through the coaching process under supervision of a senior coach and with Jed Starkey UEFA 'A' Coach as their mentor

15-16 - Young coaches then attend a number of days training with Lancashire FA (paid for by us) where they learn from other coaches.

16- Young coaches who show potential and discipline will then be placed on a FA Level 1 Coaches Course again paid for by us.

Rules/code of conduct for young coaches scheme
· Coaches must be 14
· Must be disciplined
· Must desire to be a coach
· Must be well dressed
· Must adhere to the code of conduct of the centre
· Must assist the senior coaches
