Jed Starkey is a UEFA Advanced Licensed Coach who is a member of the Football Association Coaches Association, delivering Coaching Course FA Level 1,2 and UEFA ‘B’ level nationwide.

 

Over the last 15 years, Jed has provided Professional 1 to 1 and group coaching for many players who have wanted to raise their standards of ability and technique. A great number of these players have progressed to Academy and Centre of Excellence teams, and now been signed by Professional Soccer Clubs. 

Other players have benefited from the training and progressed to school, club or town teams. The 1 to 1 coaching

can be conducted at Preston Sports Arena or in a location of your choice where you may feel more comfortable. 

  • Within the price, the session will be put on a Special DVD so you can watch and analyse your own performance.

  • You can come on your own or with a friend and share the costs. You will both receive a DVD

  • Each session lasts for 50-60 minutes and will cover all aspects from the following list:

  • Speed Agility Training to improve all round quickness for both body and mind.

  • Technique Training for whichever aspect of your game needs assistance.

  • Information and advice on technical and tactical your chosen positional aspects of your game.

  • Body management, muscular and nutritional advice for optimum match performance.

  • Match and positional analysis and performance enhancement.

  • I can guarantee you will improve dramatically on this programme and who knows what your new found skills may provide.

  • The cost of each session is £40 for which you will receive the following;

  •  60 Minutes 1 to 1 Professional Coaching with DVD

  •  Advice and guidance through a structured programme and performance analysis
